It's my first time renting a car and everything has been great.I picked up and left the car at the airport without any problem and the person who helped me was very friendly.The car, despite having quite a few miles, ran very well and the interior was well maintained.Overall a very good car rental company. I will surely repeat.

Very satisfied, good communication, from start to finish. Punctuality. I took over the car at night, and handed it over in the morning at 4, without any problems and without extra charge. The only thing we would have liked would have been if it had a child seat that can be installed in the direction opposite to the direction, we hope that maybe next year this will be an option as well. We will definitely call rentanddrive Cluj in the future as well 😊

Excellent experience. Unlike other car rentals, we did not have to go to their office to fill in papers before taking the car. The car was handed to us on the airport and it only took 3 minutes. Same upon arrival. The car was in perfect shape. Good price includes full insurance. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Rent and Drive and once again I have received an outstanding service. 5 stars!Meeting Andrei to pick up the car was seamless and stress free as usual; Andrei is extremely friendly and accommodating, he is easy to contact on WhatsApp if there are any issues and he’s always very accommodating for my stay. When we returned the car on the last day we met with our contact as planned, and he even offered to give us a lift to our final destination! We thought this was extremely caring and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. Andrei also made some good conversation with us and made us feel very welcome, we appreciated the extra lengths he went to provide an outstanding service.Once again, the car was very clean and in amazing condition. We had no issues and I will happily use Rent and Drive next time I visit Cluj. They are the best car company in Romania, without a doubt!

The experience was great! The pickup and return were really fast with no issues.The car I drove (Seat Arona) was clean and up to expectations. It came with a full tank and needed to be retuned the same.The car includes USB c and iPhone charging cables, so great attention to details!Would definitely recommend and probably use again if needed.
I recommend! Our plane was delayed for 3 hours. Communicating the situation to them, there was no problem (or additional cost) that upon arrival (3 in the morning) we would be waiting with a ready-made car in the airport parking lot (preset pick-up point). Likewise with the delivery, respecting the signed conditions, I did not have any unpleasant surprises. In our case, we were guided by reviews for renting a car with this company and they did not disappoint.Thank you.

Everything was very simple, without surprises or hassles, and the car (a Dacia Logan) did its job. Communication via whatsapp, payment by debit card, zero deposit (!!), and picking up/returning the car directly from the airport parking lot were very convenient. If we need a car again in Cluj, we will come to you again!

I haveFound this Rent and Drive site after my car went into service. I had never rented a car. Friendly staff, extremely good experience. The cars were very clean and well maintained. The car was brought to my house when I wanted it, very professional and kind man from the company!Regarding the price, compared to what is available on the market in Cluj, I can tell you that it is the best, moreover, if I rented for a longer period, the company administrator would give me a different price without my asking for it ! So very fair on that point!If I end up without a car again, I will definitely rent from Rent and Drive
Very clear communication. the guy called me back after the first call we had and offered a better price. I was very happy with the car I got. he was flexible in the returning time and the car was very neat clean and running well. I was informed and charged €10 cleaning fee, for eight days I got 1600 km. Overall, happy and Satisfied with the service.

Really good and friendly service at very competitive prices especially with the discounts for capped mileage. Hassle free rental with no hidden charges, full insurance and zero deposit unlike other companies that either ask for a huge deposit or push you into buying expensive additional insurance.We had a very good experience with renting our car and although the company had a hiccup with their booking system after we booked online, we've been kept informed about what's happening through good, clear communication over the phone and WhatsApp. Although the car we chose initially was no longer available we've been provided with another one from a higher price rental bracket for the same original car price. The car was in perfect condition and almost brand new with only ~8000 km on the clock. The pick up and drop off was very smooth and quick with a representative waiting for us at the airport when we landed and on our departure. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. We communicated this with rentanddrive beforehand and they were very accommodating and made no fuss about it.We'll definitely look at using RentAndDrive again.

No deposit needed and the car was clean and in good condition. Also there were no surprise costs or insurances thrown at us, the final price was the one on the site. The only extra payment was 40 lei for not washing the car but we knew of that from the beginning and were ok with it. We were a bit late with bringing the car back and there were no issues.
