A big advantage is that they came to pick me up directly from the airport and, at the end, took me back to the Cluj-Napoca Airport. Also, their office is only 2 minutes from the airport, which makes everything very fast and convenient.

I rented two cars for one month, Skoda Ovtavia (2019) manual gearbox and Seat Leon (2017) automatic gearbox. The condition of the cars is very good, I have not had any technical problems.
I appreciated the fact that I only paid the rental price, I was not asked for any additional fees. Super ok staff, I took over and handed over the car without any problem. Upon handing over the car, I was transported free of charge to a town on the outskirts of Cluj.
Important to mention is that the vehicles have full CASCO insurance.
The rental price for a week is very good from my point of view.

When we returned the car on the last day we met with our contact as planned, and he even offered to give us a lift to our final destination! We thought this was extremely caring and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. Andrei also made some good conversation with us and made us feel very welcome, we appreciated the extra lengths he went to provide an outstanding service.

Regarding the price, compared to what is available on the market in Cluj, I can tell you that it is the best, moreover, if I rented for a longer period, the company administrator would give me a different price without my asking for it ! We had a very good experience with renting our car and although the company had a hiccup with their booking system after we booked online, we've been kept informed about what's happening through good, clear communication over the phone and WhatsApp. Although the car we chose initially was no longer available we've been provided with another one from a higher price rental bracket for the same original car price. The car was in perfect condition and almost brand new with only ~8000 km on the clock. The pick up and drop off was very smooth and quick with a representative waiting for us at the airport when we landed and on our departure. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. We communicated this with rentanddrive beforehand and they were very accommodating and made no fuss about it.
We'll definitely look at using RentAndDrive again.
