The car was delivered directly to our accommodation in Cluj-Napoca, where we signed the contract on the spot. Everything was exactly as we had communicated via WhatsApp (we had previously sent our ID cards and driver's licenses). The vehicle was provided with a full tank of SP95 fuel, enough for 1200 km over 6 days, and with no security deposit—a real bonus—for €220 for 6 days.
The team was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The car was very clean. Having a spare tire was a nice touch.
Throughout our stay, they answered our questions promptly. Returning the car was easy at the office next to the airport: we returned it with a full tank, as agreed, just 2 minutes from the terminal. They even dropped us off directly at the airport. No formalities upon return, no inventory check—a relationship based on trust, which is very much appreciated.

A big advantage is that they came to pick me up directly from the airport and, at the end, took me back to the Cluj-Napoca Airport. Also, their office is only 2 minutes from the airport, which makes everything very fast and convenient.

A positive aspect in the collaboration with this company was in the situation where the driver who initially sent the documents failed to be present when the car was picked up. However, I had good cooperation from the staff, who were willing to make the necessary adjustments so that someone else could drive.
There is no need for a guarantee, the displayed price includes insurance in case the car is damaged.
I recommend the services of this company and would come back in the event that I need to rent a car.

I rented two cars for one month, Skoda Ovtavia (2019) manual gearbox and Seat Leon (2017) automatic gearbox. The condition of the cars is very good, I have not had any technical problems.
I appreciated the fact that I only paid the rental price, I was not asked for any additional fees. Super ok staff, I took over and handed over the car without any problem. Upon handing over the car, I was transported free of charge to a town on the outskirts of Cluj.
Important to mention is that the vehicles have full CASCO insurance.
The rental price for a week is very good from my point of view.

We thought this was extremely caring and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. We had a very good experience with renting our car and although the company had a hiccup with their booking system after we booked online, we've been kept informed about what's happening through good, clear communication over the phone and WhatsApp. Although the car we chose initially was no longer available we've been provided with another one from a higher price rental bracket for the same original car price. The car was in perfect condition and almost brand new with only ~8000 km on the clock. The pick up and drop off was very smooth and quick with a representative waiting for us at the airport when we landed and on our departure. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. We communicated this with rentanddrive beforehand and they were very accommodating and made no fuss about it.
We'll definitely look at using RentAndDrive again.
