This was the first experience we had bad luck with 2 minor incidents. A bit unfortunate because this had nothing to do with the car, nor Andrei. Andrei is an understanding man we made a fair agreement with.

A big advantage is that they came to pick me up directly from the airport and, at the end, took me back to the Cluj-Napoca Airport. Also, their office is only 2 minutes from the airport, which makes everything very fast and convenient.
There were no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises, which is very important when renting a car. Communication was fast and very professional, and the process of picking up and dropping off the car was simple and fast.

I rented two cars for one month, Skoda Ovtavia (2019) manual gearbox and Seat Leon (2017) automatic gearbox. The condition of the cars is very good, I have not had any technical problems.
I appreciated the fact that I only paid the rental price, I was not asked for any additional fees. Super ok staff, I took over and handed over the car without any problem. Upon handing over the car, I was transported free of charge to a town on the outskirts of Cluj.
Important to mention is that the vehicles have full CASCO insurance.
The rental price for a week is very good from my point of view.

Meeting Andrei to pick up the car was seamless and stress free as usual; Andrei is extremely friendly and accommodating, he is easy to contact on WhatsApp if there are any issues and he’s always very accommodating for my stay. When we returned the car on the last day we met with our contact as planned, and he even offered to give us a lift to our final destination! We thought this was extremely caring and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. Andrei also made some good conversation with us and made us feel very welcome, we appreciated the extra lengths he went to provide an outstanding service.

Regarding the price, compared to what is available on the market in Cluj, I can tell you that it is the best, moreover, if I rented for a longer period, the company administrator would give me a different price without my asking for it ! Hassle free rental with no hidden charges, full insurance and zero deposit unlike other companies that either ask for a huge deposit or push you into buying expensive additional insurance.
We had a very good experience with renting our car and although the company had a hiccup with their booking system after we booked online, we've been kept informed about what's happening through good, clear communication over the phone and WhatsApp. Although the car we chose initially was no longer available we've been provided with another one from a higher price rental bracket for the same original car price. The car was in perfect condition and almost brand new with only ~8000 km on the clock. The pick up and drop off was very smooth and quick with a representative waiting for us at the airport when we landed and on our departure. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. We communicated this with rentanddrive beforehand and they were very accommodating and made no fuss about it.
We'll definitely look at using RentAndDrive again.

I was looking for a car rental in Cluj with low deposit and no need for a credit card. I ended up with a great deal, very good car, and excellent service from Andrei. He replied to my web enquiry by sending a WhatsApp. I sent photos of my documents by WhatsApp and that was that. Andrei collected us from the airport and gave us the car. I rented a Dancia Duster online from this company for the holidays in Cluj airport. The service was impeccable, a gentleman waited for us at the airport and took us directly to the car. I paid cash after seeing the car. I didn't pay anything more than what I booked. No credit card required, no collateral. I took the car with full casco, without complications and without waiting around the offices. I had no problems reversing the car. When we need it again, we will certainly call on RentandDrive again. Best Rental I had sofar, car was in top condition, the pick up and drop off went as smooth as it can go. I recommend! Our plane was delayed for 3 hours. Communicating the situation to them, there was no problem (or additional cost) that upon arrival (3 in the morning) we would be waiting with a ready-made car in the airport parking lot (preset pick-up point). Likewise with the delivery, respecting the signed conditions, I did not have any unpleasant surprises. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. No deposit needed and the car was clean and in good condition. Also there were no surprise costs or insurances thrown at us, the final price was the one on the site. The only extra payment was 40 lei for not washing the car but we knew of that from the beginning and were ok with it. We were a bit late with bringing the car back and there were no issues.

The car rental process from start to finish was excellent. The vehicle was unreal for our purposes. Nice car,clean and new model, high technology on this. The person who dropped the car was very friendly and helpful. Drop off was very straight forward. Excellent! We definitely rent again from this place.
