We rented an automatic Dacia Sandero (perfect for 4-5 people with one registered driver) from Rentanddrive and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The car was delivered directly to our accommodation in Cluj-Napoca, where we signed the contract on the spot. Everything was exactly as we had communicated via WhatsApp (we had previously sent our ID cards and driver's licenses). The vehicle was provided with a full tank of SP95 fuel, enough for 1200 km over 6 days, and with no security deposit—a real bonus—for €220 for 6 days.

The team was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The car was very clean. Having a spare tire was a nice touch.

Throughout our stay, they answered our questions promptly. Returning the car was easy at the office next to the airport: we returned it with a full tank, as agreed, just 2 minutes from the terminal. They even dropped us off directly at the airport. No formalities upon return, no inventory check—a relationship based on trust, which is very much appreciated.

A big advantage is that they came to pick me up directly from the airport and, at the end, took me back to the Cluj-Napoca Airport. Also, their office is only 2 minutes from the airport, which makes everything very fast and convenient.

I easily collaborated with the staff, who were kind and showed up on time both for handing over and picking up the car.

A positive aspect in the collaboration with this company was in the situation where the driver who initially sent the documents failed to be present when the car was picked up. However, I had good cooperation from the staff, who were willing to make the necessary adjustments so that someone else could drive.

There is no need for a guarantee, the displayed price includes insurance in case the car is damaged.

I recommend the services of this company and would come back in the event that I need to rent a car.

I strongly recommend renting a car from Rentanddrive.

I rented two cars for one month, Skoda Ovtavia (2019) manual gearbox and Seat Leon (2017) automatic gearbox. The condition of the cars is very good, I have not had any technical problems.

I appreciated the fact that I only paid the rental price, I was not asked for any additional fees. Super ok staff, I took over and handed over the car without any problem. Upon handing over the car, I was transported free of charge to a town on the outskirts of Cluj.

Important to mention is that the vehicles have full CASCO insurance.

The rental price for a week is very good from my point of view.

Very happy with the rental service. I rented the car for 2 weeks without encountering any problems. Unlike other companies where you have to pay other additional fees, here I found a package with full casco, at a reasonable price. Although the site does not offer the option to leave the car at another location, if you use the WhatsApp service you can negotiate this by paying an additional fee

This is the second time I have used Rent and Drive and once again I have received an outstanding service. 5 stars!

Meeting Andrei to pick up the car was seamless and stress free as usual; Andrei is extremely friendly and accommodating, he is easy to contact on WhatsApp if there are any issues and he’s always very accommodating for my stay. When we returned the car on the last day we met with our contact as planned, and he even offered to give us a lift to our final destination! We thought this was extremely caring and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. Andrei also made some good conversation with us and made us feel very welcome, we appreciated the extra lengths he went to provide an outstanding service.

I recommend! Our plane was delayed for 3 hours. Communicating the situation to them, there was no problem (or additional cost) that upon arrival (3 in the morning) we would be waiting with a ready-made car in the airport parking lot (preset pick-up point). Likewise with the delivery, respecting the signed conditions, I did not have any unpleasant surprises. In our case, we were guided by reviews for renting a car with this company and they did not disappoint.

Regarding the price, compared to what is available on the market in Cluj, I can tell you that it is the best, moreover, if I rented for a longer period, the company administrator would give me a different price without my asking for it ! So very fair on that point!If I end up without a car again, I will definitely rent from Rent and Drive

Very clear communication. the guy called me back after the first call we had and offered a better price. I was very happy with the car I got. he was flexible in the returning time and the car was very neat clean and running well. I was informed and charged €10 cleaning fee, for eight days I got 1600 km. Overall, happy and Satisfied with the service.

A pleasant experience I could say... if you don't want to hand over the car with a heavy heart because they will look for sticks in the wheels to ask you for more money, or worse, to be left without the deposit deposit for the rental, I recommend Rentanddrive

Really good and friendly service at very competitive prices especially with the discounts for capped mileage. Hassle free rental with no hidden charges, full insurance and zero deposit unlike other companies that either ask for a huge deposit or push you into buying expensive additional insurance.
We had a very good experience with renting our car and although the company had a hiccup with their booking system after we booked online, we've been kept informed about what's happening through good, clear communication over the phone and WhatsApp. Although the car we chose initially was no longer available we've been provided with another one from a higher price rental bracket for the same original car price. The car was in perfect condition and almost brand new with only ~8000 km on the clock. The pick up and drop off was very smooth and quick with a representative waiting for us at the airport when we landed and on our departure. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. We communicated this with rentanddrive beforehand and they were very accommodating and made no fuss about it.
We'll definitely look at using RentAndDrive again.

I rent a care for 9 days from Rentanddrive in cluj and I didn't have any problem . They give me the car with out deposit and less then 1 year exp an my driving licence. Definitely next time I'll ren a car from rentanddrive . Very serious people .

Serious company, very punctual, the prices shown are the prices paid, without the need to pay other taxes, insurances, etc.😉. The cars are clean, in good condition and with full casco insurance (included in the price) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

No deposit needed and the car was clean and in good condition. Also there were no surprise costs or insurances thrown at us, the final price was the one on the site. The only extra payment was 40 lei for not washing the car but we knew of that from the beginning and were ok with it. We were a bit late with bringing the car back and there were no issues.
