Când am avut o problemă, mi-a răspuns imediat și m-a ajutat să o rezolv. Prețul a fost foarte bun în comparație cu alte servicii de închirieri auto. Florence Boyer4 months agoNous avons loué une Dacia Sandero automatique (parfaite pour 4-5 personnes avec 1 conducteur inscrit ) chez Rentanddrive et l’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin.
La voiture nous a été livrée directement à notre logement à Cluj-Napoca, avec signature du contrat sur place. Tout était parfaitement conforme à nos échanges via WhatsApp (envoi préalable de notre CNI et permis). Le véhicule était fourni avec le plein de SP95, pour 1200 km sur 6 jours, et sans dépôt de garantie — un vrai plus- pour un montant de 220€/ 6 jours.
L’équipe est très réactive, disponible et sympathique. La voiture était très propre. Présence d’une roue de secours, appréciable.
Pendant tout le séjour, ils ont répondu rapidement à nos questions. Le retour s’est fait simplement au bureau situé à côté de l’aéroport : restitution avec le plein, comme convenu, à seulement 2 minutes du terminal. Nous avons même été déposés directement à l’aéroport. Pas de formalités à la restitution, ni état des lieux fait — une relation basée sur la confiance, très appréciable.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

This was the first experience we had bad luck with 2 minor incidents. A bit unfortunate because this had nothing to do with the car, nor Andrei. Andrei is an understanding man we made a fair agreement with.
We want to thank Andrei for his fast responses, pro-activity and professionalism.
We would recommend it to everyone and we hope that Andrei would have us back when we revisit Romania 💚🇷🇴
florin marc6 months agoI had an excellent experience with Rentanndrive! Everything was very simple, clear and fair from start to finish. The car was in very good condition, clean and exactly as presented.
A big advantage is that they came to pick me up directly from the airport and, at the end, took me back to the Cluj-Napoca Airport. Also, their office is only 2 minutes from the airport, which makes everything very fast and convenient.
There were no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises, which is very important when renting a car. Communication was fast and very professional, and the process of picking up and dropping off the car was simple and fast.
I highly recommend Rentanndrive to anyone who needs a rental car in Cluj-Napoca. I will definitely use them again!

Irina Ignat8 months agoPe perioada sărbătorilor am închiriat un Sandero din 2023, unde am parcus 1000 de km în județul Neamt, și județul Brașov, masina a fost impecabilă și s-a comportat impecabil la drum lung, atat in zona muntoasă cât și pe autostradă.Recomand cu mare drag să apelați cu încredere. Iar Dommul care se ocupă de închirierea mașinilor este foarte prietenos și înțelegător.

I booked everything only through WhatsApp and the owner, Andrew, took care of absolutely everything. He was always on time, extremely helpful, and even picked us up and brought us back to the airport.

I ended up with a great deal, very good car, and excellent service from Andrei. He replied to my web enquiry by sending a WhatsApp. I sent photos of my documents by WhatsApp and that was that. Andrei collected us from the airport and gave us the car. Definitely better than the major rental companies. Highly recommended.

Compania ne-a așteptat la aeroport, ne-a predat mașina rapid, curată și pregătită de drum. La plecare, am predat vehiculul tot la aeroport, la 4 dimineața, iar ei au fost acolo la timp, fără nicio întârziere.
✔️ Prețul este exact cel afișat – fără taxe ascunse, fără surprize neplăcute.
✔️ Mașina vine cu asigurare full CASCO, ceea ce îți oferă liniște completă pe perioada închirierii.
✔️ Singura condiție: returnarea cu rezervorul plin – la fel cum am primit-o.
Soțul meu a condus și a fost foarte mulțumit de cum se comportă mașina – confortabilă, stabilă și economică.

The process was very simple, and for just 10 euros extra, they delivered the car directly to my address and allowed me to return it there as well. I easily collaborated with the staff, who were kind and showed up on time both for handing over and picking up the car.
A positive aspect in the collaboration with this company was in the situation where the driver who initially sent the documents failed to be present when the car was picked up. However, I had good cooperation from the staff, who were willing to make the necessary adjustments so that someone else could drive.
There is no need for a guarantee, the displayed price includes insurance in case the car is damaged.
I recommend the services of this company and would come back in the event that I need to rent a car.

Am inchiriat timp de o luna, doua autovehicule, Skoda Ovtavia (2019) cutie manuala si Seat Leon (2017) cutie automata. Starea masinilor este foarte buna, nu am avut nici o problema tehnica.
Am apreciat faptul ca am platit doar pretul de inchiriere, nu mi s-a cerut nici o alta taxa in plus. Personalul super ok, am preluat si am predat masina fara nici o problema. La predarea masinii, am fost transportat fara nici un cost intr-o localitate de la periferia Clujului.
Important de mentionat este ca autovehiculele au asigurare full CASCO.
Pretul inchirierii pe durata unei saptamani e foarte bun din punctul meu de vedere.

Serviciul a fost impecabil, ne-a așteptat un domn in aeroport si ne-a dus direct la mașina. Am plătit cash după ce am văzut mașina. Nu am plătit nimic in plus fata de ce am rezervat. Nu a fost nevoie de card de credit nici nu am lăsat garanție. Am luat mașina cu full casco, fără complicați si fără sa așteptam prin birouri. Nu am avut probleme când am dat înapoi mașina. Când o sa mai avem nevoie, cu siguranța o sa apelam din nou la RentandDrive. Super calitate preț. Recomand cu încredere!

Mr T2 years agoBest Rental I had sofar, car was in top condition, the pick up and drop off went as smooth as it can go. As soon as we landet someone picked us up 0 waiting time and brought us to the location which was 5 mins away. 1 signature and we were ready to go. As we brought the car back it went quick and he brought us to the terminal. Would recommend and will take the same company next time

Sergiu Tamas2 years agoFoarte mulțumit de serviciul de închiriere. Am închiriat mașina pentru 2 săptămâni fără să întâmpin niciun fel de probleme. Spre deosebire de alte companii unde trebuie să plătești alte taxe suplimentare, aici am găsit un pachet cu full casco, la un preț rezonabil. Deși site ul nu oferă opțiunea de a lăsa mașina în altă locație, dacă folosești serviciul de WhatsApp poți negocia asta prin plata unei taxe suplimentare
Am fost foarte mulțumit de comunicare și modul profesional prin care am primit și predat mașina.
O să apelez la serviciile RentADrive cu siguranță și data viitoare și recomand și altora care au nevoie.

On time with the pick-up of the car, even though it was 4am.
Car was clean and had a full tank of gas.
The breaks ( of the car) were exceptional.
We were able to connect our phone to the car( bring your own connecting cables) and use Waze and Google maps( with English directions; get ready for some crazy ways of pronouncing Romanian words🤪😁)
Make sure you have your International Permit ahead of time.

I picked up and left the car at the airport without any problem and the person who helped me was very friendly.
The car, despite having quite a few miles, ran very well and the interior was well maintained.
Overall a very good car rental company. I will surely repeat.

O foarte bună experiență. Am fost așteptați la aeroport de persoana care ne-a adus mașina, care a fost foarte curată și care a funcționat foarte bine (DACIA Logan). Persoana care ne-a așteptat ne-a făcut o mică reducere pentru scaunele pentru copii. Sincer am fost foarte mulțumiți de prestație.

I took over the car at night, and handed it over in the morning at 4, without any problems and without extra charge. The only thing we would have liked would have been if it had a child seat that can be installed in the direction opposite to the direction, we hope that maybe next year this will be an option as well. We were met at the airport and we picked up the car right in the parking lot. Upon departure, we were waited for at the airport and the car was handed over hassle-free in front of the terminal. Meeting Andrei to pick up the car was seamless and stress free as usual; Andrei is extremely friendly and accommodating, he is easy to contact on WhatsApp if there are any issues and he’s always very accommodating for my stay. When we returned the car on the last day we met with our contact as planned, and he even offered to give us a lift to our final destination! We thought this was extremely caring and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. Andrei also made some good conversation with us and made us feel very welcome, we appreciated the extra lengths he went to provide an outstanding service.
Once again, the car was very clean and in amazing condition. We had no issues and I will happily use Rent and Drive next time I visit Cluj. They are the best car company in Romania, without a doubt!

Urmează să ne întoarcem în țară în luna iulie și cu siguranță vom apela tot la ei pentru a închiria o mașină .

The car I drove (Seat Arona) was clean and up to expectations. It came with a full tank and needed to be retuned the same.
The car includes USB c and iPhone charging cables, so great attention to details!
Would definitely recommend and probably use again if needed.

Communicating the situation to them, there was no problem (or additional cost) that upon arrival (3 in the morning) we would be waiting with a ready-made car in the airport parking lot (preset pick-up point). Likewise with the delivery, respecting the signed conditions, I did not have any unpleasant surprises. In our case, we were guided by reviews for renting a car with this company and they did not disappoint.

When picking up the vehicle the process was seamless and stress free; our contact was extremely friendly and explained things clearly. He was also very accessible and easy to contact via whatsapp. He also offered to drive us to the airport after dropping off the car which was a sign of exemplary customer service.
The car itself was brand new and in amazing condition. We had no issues and would love to drive this car again.

Communication via whatsapp, payment by debit card, zero deposit (!!), and picking up/returning the car directly from the airport parking lot were very convenient. Gasit acest site Rent and Drive după ce mașina mea a intrat în service. Niciodata nu inchiriasem masina.Personal amabil, experiență extrem de bună. Mașinile erau foarte curate si bine intretinute. Mi s-a adus masina in fata casei cand doream eu, foarte profesionist si amabil domnul de la firma!
In ceea ce priveste pretul, in comparatie cu ce exista pe piata de la Cluj va pot zice ca e cel mai bun, in plus de atata, daca am inchiriat pe o perioada mai lunga administratorul firmei imi facea alt pret fara ca eu sa cer asta ! Deci foarte corecti din acest punct de vedere!Dacă voi ajunge din nou fără mașină, cu siguranță voi închiria de la Rent and Drive

Hassle free rental with no hidden charges, full insurance and zero deposit unlike other companies that either ask for a huge deposit or push you into buying expensive additional insurance.
We had a very good experience with renting our car and although the company had a hiccup with their booking system after we booked online, we've been kept informed about what's happening through good, clear communication over the phone and WhatsApp. Although the car we chose initially was no longer available we've been provided with another one from a higher price rental bracket for the same original car price. The car was in perfect condition and almost brand new with only ~8000 km on the clock. The pick up and drop off was very smooth and quick with a representative waiting for us at the airport when we landed and on our departure. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. We communicated this with rentanddrive beforehand and they were very accommodating and made no fuss about it.
We'll definitely look at using RentAndDrive again.

Paul Nagy3 years agoNo deposit needed and the car was clean and in good condition. Also there were no surprise costs or insurances thrown at us, the final price was the one on the site. The only extra payment was 40 lei for not washing the car but we knew of that from the beginning and were ok with it. We were a bit late with bringing the car back and there were no issues.

Nous avons loué une Dacia Sandero automatique (parfaite pour 4-5 personnes avec 1 conducteur inscrit ) chez Rentanddrive et l’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin.
La voiture nous a été livrée directement à notre logement à Cluj-Napoca, avec signature du contrat sur place. Tout était parfaitement conforme à nos échanges via WhatsApp (envoi préalable de notre CNI et permis). Le véhicule était fourni avec le plein de SP95, pour 1200 km sur 6 jours, et sans dépôt de garantie — un vrai plus- pour un montant de 220€/ 6 jours.
L’équipe est très réactive, disponible et sympathique. La voiture était très propre. Présence d’une roue de secours, appréciable.
Pendant tout le séjour, ils ont répondu rapidement à nos questions. Le retour s’est fait simplement au bureau situé à côté de l’aéroport : restitution avec le plein, comme convenu, à seulement 2 minutes du terminal. Nous avons même été déposés directement à l’aéroport. Pas de formalités à la restitution, ni état des lieux fait — une relation basée sur la confiance, très appréciable.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

I had an excellent experience with Rentanndrive! Everything was very simple, clear and fair from start to finish. The car was in very good condition, clean and exactly as presented.
A big advantage is that they came to pick me up directly from the airport and, at the end, took me back to the Cluj-Napoca Airport. Also, their office is only 2 minutes from the airport, which makes everything very fast and convenient.
There were no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises, which is very important when renting a car. Communication was fast and very professional, and the process of picking up and dropping off the car was simple and fast.
I highly recommend Rentanndrive to anyone who needs a rental car in Cluj-Napoca. I will definitely use them again!

A big advantage is that they came to pick me up directly from the airport and, at the end, took me back to the Cluj-Napoca Airport. Also, their office is only 2 minutes from the airport, which makes everything very fast and convenient.

Am închiriat un Hyundai Electra 2023, 1.6 benzină de la Rentanddrive pentru a participa la o nuntă și experiența a fost excelentă de la început până la sfârșit.
Compania ne-a așteptat la aeroport, ne-a predat mașina rapid, curată și pregătită de drum. La plecare, am predat vehiculul tot la aeroport, la 4 dimineața, iar ei au fost acolo la timp, fără nicio întârziere.

Am apreciat faptul ca am platit doar pretul de inchiriere, nu mi s-a cerut nici o alta taxa in plus. Personalul super ok, am preluat si am predat masina fara nici o problema. La predarea masinii, am fost transportat fara nici un cost intr-o localitate de la periferia Clujului.
Important de mentionat este ca autovehiculele au asigurare full CASCO.
Pretul inchirierii pe durata unei saptamani e foarte bun din punctul meu de vedere.

Am închiriat un Dancia Duster pe internet de la aceasta firma de sărbători din aeroportul din Cluj. Serviciul a fost impecabil, ne-a așteptat un domn in aeroport si ne-a dus direct la mașina. Am plătit cash după ce am văzut mașina. Nu am plătit nimic in plus fata de ce am rezervat. Nu a fost nevoie de card de credit nici nu am lăsat garanție. Am luat mașina cu full casco, fără complicați si fără sa așteptam prin birouri. Nu am avut probleme când am dat înapoi mașina. Best Rental I had sofar, car was in top condition, the pick up and drop off went as smooth as it can go. As soon as we landet someone picked us up 0 waiting time and brought us to the location which was 5 mins away. 1 signature and we were ready to go. Foarte mulțumit de serviciul de închiriere. Am închiriat mașina pentru 2 săptămâni fără să întâmpin niciun fel de probleme. Spre deosebire de alte companii unde trebuie să plătești alte taxe suplimentare, aici am găsit un pachet cu full casco, la un preț rezonabil. Deși site ul nu oferă opțiunea de a lăsa mașina în altă locație, dacă folosești serviciul de WhatsApp poți negocia asta prin plata unei taxe suplimentare

I picked up and left the car at the airport without any problem and the person who helped me was very friendly.
The car, despite having quite a few miles, ran very well and the interior was well maintained.

Une très bonne expérience. Nous avons été attendus à l'aéroport voiture propre et qui fonctionne très bien (Dacia Logan). La personne qui nous a attendu nous à fait une petite réduction pour les sièges auto. Franchement très content de leur service.

Very satisfied, good communication, from start to finish. Punctuality. I took over the car at night, and handed it over in the morning at 4, without any problems and without extra charge. The only thing we would have liked would have been if it had a child seat that can be installed in the direction opposite to the direction, we hope that maybe next year this will be an option as well. Excellent experience. Unlike other car rentals, we did not have to go to their office to fill in papers before taking the car. The car was handed to us on the airport and it only took 3 minutes. Same upon arrival. The car was in perfect shape. Good price includes full insurance. Highly recommend.

Meeting Andrei to pick up the car was seamless and stress free as usual; Andrei is extremely friendly and accommodating, he is easy to contact on WhatsApp if there are any issues and he’s always very accommodating for my stay. When we returned the car on the last day we met with our contact as planned, and he even offered to give us a lift to our final destination! We thought this was extremely caring and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. The experience was great! The pickup and return were really fast with no issues.
The car I drove (Seat Arona) was clean and up to expectations. It came with a full tank and needed to be retuned the same.
The car includes USB c and iPhone charging cables, so great attention to details!

I recommend! Our plane was delayed for 3 hours. Communicating the situation to them, there was no problem (or additional cost) that upon arrival (3 in the morning) we would be waiting with a ready-made car in the airport parking lot (preset pick-up point). Likewise with the delivery, respecting the signed conditions, I did not have any unpleasant surprises. In our case, we were guided by reviews for renting a car with this company and they did not disappoint.

We had an amazing experience using rent and drive cluj. When picking up the vehicle the process was seamless and stress free; our contact was extremely friendly and explained things clearly. He was also very accessible and easy to contact via whatsapp. He also offered to drive us to the airport after dropping off the car which was a sign of exemplary customer service.
The car itself was brand new and in amazing condition. We had no issues and would love to drive this car again.

Everything was very simple, without surprises or hassles, and the car (a Dacia Logan) did its job. Communication via whatsapp, payment by debit card, zero deposit (!!), and picking up/returning the car directly from the airport parking lot were very convenient. Very clear communication. the guy called me back after the first call we had and offered a better price. I was very happy with the car I got. he was flexible in the returning time and the car was very neat clean and running well. I was informed and charged €10 cleaning fee, for eight days I got 1600 km. Overall, happy and Satisfied with the service.

Really good and friendly service at very competitive prices especially with the discounts for capped mileage. Hassle free rental with no hidden charges, full insurance and zero deposit unlike other companies that either ask for a huge deposit or push you into buying expensive additional insurance.
We had a very good experience with renting our car and although the company had a hiccup with their booking system after we booked online, we've been kept informed about what's happening through good, clear communication over the phone and WhatsApp. Although the car we chose initially was no longer available we've been provided with another one from a higher price rental bracket for the same original car price. The car was in perfect condition and almost brand new with only ~8000 km on the clock. The pick up and drop off was very smooth and quick with a representative waiting for us at the airport when we landed and on our departure. Our return flight had a slight change of schedule so we returned the car an hour later than initially booked for. We communicated this with rentanddrive beforehand and they were very accommodating and made no fuss about it.
We'll definitely look at using RentAndDrive again.

I rent a care for 9 days from Rentanddrive in cluj and I didn't have any problem . They give me the car with out deposit and less then 1 year exp an my driving licence. Definitely next time I'll ren a car from rentanddrive . Very serious people .

No deposit needed and the car was clean and in good condition. Also there were no surprise costs or insurances thrown at us, the final price was the one on the site. The only extra payment was 40 lei for not washing the car but we knew of that from the beginning and were ok with it. We were a bit late with bringing the car back and there were no issues.
